Apart from the dashboard, Zoho Desk would be the primary mode where you could communicate with your account manager.

The duration of the traditional film totally depends upon the duration of the rituals / ceremonies of your event. For example, on an average,

• Engagement : 10-20 minutes
• Wedding : 30-40 minutes
• Reception : 30-60 minutes

The duration of the candid film would be about 2-5 minutes, based on the event style, rituals, ceremonies and also for how many events you'd opted for the candid film service.

Based on the event style, rituals and ceremonies, we'll edit upto 200 pictures in candid and upto 300 pictures in traditional per event / session. Eg : One event / session = wedding

You can select upto 200 pictures per album and upto 100 pictures for a coffee-table book

After you're ready to select pictures for your album, we'll send you a unique link in which you'll be able to tag the pictures for your album.

The size of a standard album is 12*18 inches when closed and 12*36 inches when opened.

The size of a coffee table album is 10*10 inches when closed and 10*20 inches when opened.

We offer two kinds of paper types,

2. Premium Matte Finish

Sorry, we'll not be able to do that. You'll be able to only select one cover option and one paper type for all your albums.

We'll provide you two photo frames as an alternative to the outdoor shoot. No other service can be opted as a replacement without additional cost.

It would take us about 20 working days ; 4 weeks for us to send you the color corrected pictures.

It would take us about 30 working days ; 5 weeks after we receive the music / song list from you, to deliver the creative film. The songs will have to be provided by you within 3 days after event completion.

It'll take 20 working days (˜30 days) for Studio 31 to print and deliver your albums after you've approved the design for printing.

Sorry, we'll not be able to provide sample pictures after the event gets over.

We understand your concern, but a lot of effort and time goes into editing a candid film. Changing the song / music tracks would mean editing the film from scratch.

You can change the song / music track for the candid film by paying an nominal charge of INR 5000/-

We'll need an additional 15 working days to rework on the film with the new song.

You can make upto two iterations in the candid film, after receiving the first draft.

• Title style change / font change
• Addition of clips (subject to availability)

• Reducing length

Photography as an art is purely subjective and we understand that you might expect a different tone or edit style.

Scope for iterations are very minimal with respect to album designs. We'll be able to swap images / remove them etc.

No. We will be deleting all your event's raw and processed files from our servers in 90 days after your event gets completed.

You can collect your raw and processed files after you receive all your deliverables, except the album.

We recommend you to provide us a hard-disk with atleast 2TB of storage space.

You could pay us the cost of purchasing a 2TB hard-disk. We'll purchase one, copy all your raw and processed files in your hard-disk and ship them back to you. Shipping charges will be billed on actuals.

Sorry, we'll not able to provide you with the raw files after the event (both physically or via cloud). You can collect them after you receive all the deliverables, except the album.

Yes, however, only if you're getting your album designed and printed within 90 days of event completion.

If you're planning to get your album designed and printed later, please collect your raw files by providing your hard-disk within 90 days of event completion.
