For efficient planning and execution, you'll have to submit your event details before 45 days of the actual event.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we're working remotely for an indefinite period. We can get on a video or audio call for you to talk and discuss with the crew members.

Yes. We'll record the whole meeting and also send you a detailed Minutes of the Meeting so that there' 100% transparency between both the parties.

Colorful metal or parken lights would look great for an event. However, it'll negatively impact the output of pictures and films drastically.

We'd strongly recommend you not to use them for any events, except for a cocktail party or a fun event where such lights are important. 

One session = five hours

Depending on the deliverables, the additional pricing per session is as follows,

We recommend drones / helicam's for venues with a minimum ceiling height of 30 feet and above or outdoor venues.

You'll have to approach the nearest police station from the venue and get a written permission for us to capture the event with a drone.

Yes, we will be informing you about an extra session. Only after your verbal confirmation, the crew would proceed capturing the event beyond one session.

The crew members would arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the time specified by you in the event details form.

The session timing would start exactly at the specified time.

If the event starts late and goes beyond 5 hours, yes. An additional session will be charged for all the services booked.

Sorry, that would not be possible. The pricing remains the same for any shoot duration upto 5 hours.

The client will have to book the travel and accomodation for all the crew members, assistants, drivers etc. of Studio 31 and send the vouchers to the production team.

Based on the city of the shoot, on order of preference, the travel arrangements would be,

1. Economy class, to & fro flights + local travel
2. AC Sleeper Bus + local travel
3. One or more SUV's (based on crew members)

Three star and above hotel accomodation should be provided to all the crew members, assistants, drivers etc. travelling for the shoot.

The hotel should be preferably within 1km radius of the event venue.

Yes. Please discuss and document the entire itinerary in detail along with the names of the hotel, room types and travel modes with Studio 31 before you make the booking.

If your first event is getting over post 10.30pm and you've the second day's event starting on or before 7am, then you'll have to provide a dedicated AC accomodation for all the crew members, assistants, drivers etc. 

Getting Ready Shots

1. 30 minutes for the bride (minimum)
2. 30 minutes for the groom (minimum)

The shoot environment must be clean and tidy with none or minimal people around.

Important : This time slot must be given prior to the event

Directed Candids / Couple & Solo Portraits

1. 60 minutes in a guest free environment

The following would help the crew members capture the event without much hassles,

• Please advice friends and relatives to not take photographs and videos with their smart phones or dslr's
  
• Allow enough room in the stage for the crew members
  
• Crew members to be given access and enough time with the couple and family for capturing important moments (within the session timing)
  
• One POC from the client who'll guide the crew members throughout the event.
  

Photojournalistic / Candid pictures are creative and dont involve the client posting for pictures.

They add a unique charm based on visual perception, so the results are emotional and artistic photos showing the essence of the wedding day.

There are no strict rules for photojournalism/candid/creative pictures, angles, framing, lights, it is all about the artist's vision and ability to properly document the day. And so when wedding photojournalism is reviewed – the only thing that matters is the client!

Traditional style of Wedding Photography was given many names including: traditional, classic, posed and so on. Whatever name you use, it doesn’t set the style.

Traditional photographers concentrate mostly on posed portraits, and rarely capture candid moments.

This style is sometimes viewed as disconnected, old fashion, and can add stress by needing time to set up every shot. The final result is usually an album full of posed portraits, that often look more like a photo shoot than a wedding day.

Candid films / video are like teasers / short films that can range from 1-3 minutes based on the event's ceremonies.

They also add a unique charm based on visual perception, so the results are emotional and artistic moments showing the essence of the wedding day.
